We offer a completely free, no-pressure Wig & Topper Consultation service, designed to help you rediscover your confidence. We understand that discussing hair loss is a deeply personal and sensitive journey for many women and it can feel daunting. That is why we approach every consultation with compassion, ensuring you feel completely at ease.
You will never have to share more than you are comfortable with, and we will gently guide you through the process to find your dream look. All we want to do is to help you get the information you need to make a decision on what type of wig would best suit you and ultimately restore both your hair and your self-esteem.
Preparing for your consultation
We encourage you to bring along an inspirational image that shows the wig style that you have in mind. This helps us to understand exactly what you are looking for and to ensure that we match your new wig as closely as possible to your expectations. Feel free to bring any reference that makes you feel confident and excited about your new look.
Most wigs are offered in a stock version, which means that they are pre-made with set choices for color, length, cap style and size. Essentially, the wig you select is exactly what you will receive, ready for immediate wear and quick delivery. However, here at VHB, we offer in-house customization. That means that, if you buy a wig or a Topper and you love the color but find the length an inch longer than you would like, we can adjust and trim it to the exact length you want.
It also streamlines the buying process so that you don’t have to try on countless colors or sizes. Instead, you can choose the wig or topper you like best and we will customize it for you. This way , you can easily pick more than one piece if you would like, knowing that each one will be tailored just for you.
During your consultation , we will pinpoint the perfect fit for your scalp size, select a hairpiece colour that suits you, determine your ideal length – anywhere from 8 inches to 24 inches or beyond and find the model and base material that suits you best, whether it’s a Wig or a Topper. This Consultation is truly the best first step to reclaiming your confidence – no more hiding, just wearing your crown proudly.
